B-B-Q SAUCE

Dan would boil a rack of ribs in a huge pot of water and chili powder until partially done, then he'd take them out to the BBQ pit. We didn't have this often, because of all the butter, but when we did everyone wanted extra sauce.

1/4 pound BUTTER

2 cups CATSUP

1 tbsp TABASCO sauce

1/2 cup WORCESTERSHIRE sauce

2 cloves GARLIC

1/2 tbsp SALT

1/2 LEMON, juice

 

COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN HEAVY SAUCEPAN. COOK 10 MIN. LET COOL.
