DAN'S ROASTED CORNISH GAME HENS

A simple dish, but great for holiday gatherings and special occasions. Dan would serve it with both the hunter sauce and a lingonberry sauce.

4 GAME HENS

2 TBSP BUTTER

SALT AND PEPPER

MRS.DASH

ORANGE JUICE

PREPARED HUNTER SAUCE (KNORR)

REMOVE GIBLETS, SALT AND PEPPER AND SEASONING.

BAKE AT 350° FOR ONE HOUR, BASTING WITH BUTTER AND ORANGE JUICE.

MAKE HUNTER SAUCE AND KEEP WARM.

SERVIE WITH WILD RICE, CRANBERRY SAUCE AND VEGETABLES.
