Thank you for your interest in being a “Dan Fan of the Week”.  By submitting your story and/or image you agree to the following terms and conditions with Iconic Artists Group (“Company”):

 

You are at least 18 years old and are voluntarily submitting your story accompanied by an image or video if applicable, including your name, likeness, and statements (the “Submission”). (If you are under the age of 18, you must submit your story through a parent or legal guardian.)

 

You have the necessary rights and ownership of any images or video that you submit.  Do not submit other people’s copyrighted material or information. (Important: If you are a parent or legal guardian submitting on behalf of your child or ward, mention that in the story submission form.). 

 

You grant to Company the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right and license (with the right to transfer or sublicense) to use your name and likeness as well as any images or video you submit for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, advertising, and improving www.danfogelberg.com or any other products or services provided by Company or its sublicensees (in either case, now known or developed later). You understand you will not be entitled to any compensation from the Company, its affiliates, or its business partners if your name, likeness, or voice is used in Company promotions, whether on Company’s websites, social media channels, or otherwise.  Any Submission containing personal information will be handled in keeping with our privacy policy.

 

You will not submit files that contain anything harmful on them (e.g. computer viruses), or stories that are off-topic or use expletives. You are solely responsible for your submission and any consequences of submitting it. Moreover, you waive any expectation of privacy you may have in connection with your submission. You hereby hold harmless and release the Company from any and all liability arising out of any claims, demands, or injury of any kind, arising out of the use your submission as set forth herein, including but not limited to any claims for copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

 

Once you make a submission, the Company reviews it for compliance with these rules. The Company may, but is not obliged to, edit submissions for grammar, spelling, and/or profanity. You understand that the Company has the sole discretion in determining whether to include your submission as a “Dan Fan of the Week", or otherwise use it, in whole or in part, and the Company is under no obligation to keep, share, or in any way use any submission. The Company also may contact you to request additional information about your story.
